President/CEO

Alicia B. Clark

 Senior executive primarily responsible for The Foundation's liaison between business partners, artists, galleries, and the public. 


Mrs. Clark has over 20 years of art collection, distribution, procurement, and management experience. She also has over 15 years of leading state and local community social services programs for economically disadvantaged and homeless citizens.  


She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and is a certified master level trainer.

Vice President/COO

Lisa A. Lumford Clark

Senior executive primarily responsible for managing The Foundation’s day to day operations. Mrs. Clark has over 20 years of experience of leading small to mid-size organizations in a variety of disciplines.


Mrs. Lumford Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Masters of Art in Human Resources Development, Graduate Certificate in Information Security Management and holds the professional certifications of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and is a retired Army Military Intelligence Officer.

Treasurer

Vonne Williams

 

Responsible for all financial aspects of The Foundation. She manages the budget, prepares financial reports, and ensures that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically. 

Vonne Williams is an investor, International Business Coach, and Tax Accountant committed to supporting entrepreneurs and young adults in creating generational wealth for themselves, their families and their communities. 


When the market crashed in 2007 and after a very bad divorce later in that same year she found herself broke and living in her minivan. From that experience and the lessons that she learned, Vonne dedicates her life to forwarding others and herself in living the best financial life through personal development methodologies. Coaching is her passion but also enjoys researching stocks and real estate opportunities. 


Vonne has a thriving tax practice in Harlem as well as being part of the Social Change Agents Institute. While being a Change Agent, she travels to South Africa to collaborate with Entrepreneurs in Johannesburg, Mafeking and Cape Town.


Vonne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Technology from Norfolk State University, a Certificate in Audio Engineering and Production from the Institute of Audio Research and is Certified Holistic Life Coach.


She also spent 6 years in the United States Army as a Communications Officer. She serves as Chair of the Board of Deacons and Chair of the Stewardship Ministry at her church where she shares her message of abundance and she speaks at numerous public schools and not-for-profits

throughout the country encouraging others to dream big and follow their

passions.

Secretary

Jillene "Jill" Holloway

 Serves as the liaison between the board, management, and members.  Duties include giving proper notice of meetings and distributing meeting materials in a timely manner. 


Jill brings a wealth of Information Technology and Project Management experience to The Foundation. She is a Certified Project Management Professional with a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University, School of Business. 


She has over twenty-five years in the Information Technology field and approximately 14 years in the IT Project Management arena. She retired from the Federal Government with a total of 35 years. She served 19 years of her career, with the Department of Treasury as an IT Developer and Project Manager and 18 years with the Department of Defense (DoD).

Human Capital Officer

Delano Hayles

 Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures associated with human capital management and the administrative management of The Foundation.


Delano Hayles is from the parish of St. Mary Jamaica. At the age of 12 years old, he immigrated to the United States to join his mother who had immigrated 5 years prior. He attended Prince George’s County public schools and graduated from Northwestern High School (NHS) in Hyattsville MD. 


While at Northwestern High School he became a member of the NHS Film club. After working as a senior editor for two video yearbooks, his passion for videography and photography flourished. This passion led him to establish JL Entertainment, LLC.


He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from The University of Maryland Global Campus and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He has an extensive experience in the administration of non-profit organizations in the roles of Chief Operations Officer and Human Resources Manager.


When he is not working he can be found enjoying his time in his greenhouse with his multitude of vegetables, or spending time as a father and family man.

Public Relations Officer

Tyann Pender

 Responsible for member relations and fundraisers. This includes answering questions and concerns along with maintaining and developing relations with donors. 


Tyann Pender was born in Washington DC but was raised in Wilson NC. She attended Wilson County public schools and graduated in 2005. After graduation she enlisted in the United States Navy and served honorably for 4 years. During her service in the Navy she traveled the world and gained a new appreciation for diverse cultures.  Her global perspective, combined with her infectious personality, and creative passion provides the perfect conduit between The Foundation and the public.  


While holding a full-time job and raising her son she obtained a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College, while maintaining a 3.4 GPA.
